Care Assistant - Complex Care

Shift Pattern

Various shift patterns which include Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm, Weekend availability and some night work included.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK
• The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
• A valid UK driver s license and access to a car for work
• A caring, positive attitude and patience
• Paediatric experience essential
• Tracheostomy and cerebral palsy experience beneficial but not essential
• Must feel comfortable supporting a child in an educational environment

About the Role:
We have a client in Cheadle Heath who needs support from dedicated complex care assistants. Routes Healthcare is committed to enhancing lives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not only for those we support but also for their loved ones and family members.

We provide complex care services for people with long-term health conditions, clinically-led enhanced homecare, and end-of-life care, all tailored around the individual s hobbies, activities, and daily routines.
