Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join a school near Great Kingshill. If you're keen to make a positive impact and help students develop essential life skills, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or group support to students who require additional behavioural guidance
• Work closely with teaching staff to develop tailored support plans
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development in students
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to staff and parents
• Lead or assist with intervention programs for students struggling with behaviour
• Support students in the classroom and during school activities to promote positive social interaction
• Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children, particularly in a behaviour support role
• Be patient, empathetic, and approachable
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to motivate and engage students with challenging behaviour
• Be adaptable and resourceful
• A background in education, psychology, or a related field would be beneficial but not essential
