The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead in delivering an exciting portfolio of high-profile projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, culture, heritage, hotels, leisure, life sciences, and residential.

As well as providing both pre & post contract, contract administration and employers' agent services, you'll be responsible for driving business development, managing client relationships and mentoring a team of Surveyors.

With a flat company structure, you will benefit from direct access to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.

This role offers a clear progression route to Director level, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS is preferred
• Confident and client-facing individual
• Experience delivering projects autonomously
• Pre & post contract experience
• Varied sector / project experience
• Employers' Agent & Contract Admin experience is a bonus
