Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient ASB Officer on a 3 month temporary assignment across Cheshire
We are looking for candidates who can start immediately, with a professional Anti-Social Behaviour background within Housing. Knowledge of investigating cases of nuisance & harassment will be required, along with knowledge of current housing issues & legislation regarding Anti-Social Behaviour.
Duties will include (though not exclusively)
Investigating cases of nuisance & harassment and working to resolve them Providing intensive support to tenants as necessary Implementing courses of action in conjunction with all relevant agencies/parties Visiting reporters and subjects in their home and preparing for an attending court
